Adenomyoepithelioma is a multinodular lesion presenting with a bicellular pattern of proliferating epithelial and myoepithelial cells, which are regularly distributed in the glandular structures. It is considered as a benign lesion although malignant forms have been described. IHC with myoepithelial cell markers (smooth muscle actin) may help in confirming the diagnosis.
