Hemangiopericytoma

Usually a benign tumor entity consisting of spindle-shaped cells, which can form typical “stag-horn” spaces. Occasional giant cells. Mammary ducts are often trapped in the periphery of the lesion. Positive for Factor VIII. The present tumor is a rare malignant variant of hemangiopericytoma.
