Paget’s disease of the nipple

up one level
The epidermis of the nipple or the areola is invaded with adeno-
carcinoma cells. This lesion is commonly accompanied with underlying high grade DCIS or IDC. Invariably immunopositive for HER-2/neu oncoprotein.
