Radial scar

up one level

A star-like lesion with fibroelastic core. Pseudoinfiltrating ductal and lobular structures showing hyperplasia but not atypia originate from the core. "Entrapped" tubuli are common. Lesion size is usually less than 1 cm. May co-exist with other benign lesions.
