Periductal stromal sarcoma

There is a sarcomatous periductal spindle cell proliferation of variable cellularity and atypia around open ducts, which lack a phyllodes pattern. There are usually multiple nodules, often separated by fat, with infiltration of tumor into the fat. The mitotic rate is greater than 3 per 10 HPF.
