As part of an academic research project on virtual microscopy, we here
provide a tool for assessing observer variability of Gleason grading of
prostate biopsies, as well as interactive tools for teaching and standardizing
grading.
The
Gleason grade of
62 digitized prostate biopsies (virtual slides) has
been assessed by
expert uropathologists.
The analysis of their scorings, and a description of this web site
has been
published in the
Human
