Clinical History
At the age of 9 months a boy was presented at an outpatient department of dermatology with erythematous macules, plaques and a few bullae. Symptoms had been present since the age of 4 months and were aggravated by scratching and pressure

Clinical History
8 weeks old boy admitted to the hospital with progressive skin lesions, failure to thrive, diffuse erythema ( erythrodema) wth scalling, and bullae on hands and feet weight loss and diarrhea , no medication, no blood transfusion, no infection. Parents: no consanguinity, family history was unremarkable.

Clinical History
71-year-old male. Three year history of a prurutic lesion n his back that has gradually increased in size. On examination, there is a 4 cm well demarcated, indurated, erythematous and yellow/tan plaque on is left lower back with a smaller lesion on his right shoulder.

Clinical History
60-year-old female. Two month history of itchy rash starting on both hips and spreading to back, chest, upper arms and proximal lower limbs. Small blisters on left upper arm and right anterior thigh. No mucosal lesions.

Clinical History
A 45 –year-old female presented with blistering eruptions and erosions over umblicus, oral mucosa and groins as a consecutive locations. She has been treated as an infective disease for sometime but because she hadn’t got well he had been referred to University Hospital. Examination revealed erythematous erosions over umbilicus, groins, trunk, scalp, thigh and oral mucosa. Groin lesions were somewhat vegetative.

Clinical History
A 71-year-old female presented with blistering eruption over back, upper and lower limbs associated with oral ulceration for 1 month. Examination revealed erythematous, annular lesions with blisters over back, thigh, arms and face. There was also erythematous ulcerations on the palatine and buccal mucosa.
