Female, 51 years. Routine conventional Pap smear 2007, Mamma ca found 2003 (FNA), Histology: Carcinoma ductale invasum (right breast). No histopathologic changes in the right armpit. Tamoxifen therapy. Pap smear 2005 Papanicolau class I / NILM.
