Clinical History
65-year-old man with history of papillary UC, grade 2, non-invasive of the bladder (first diagnosis: may 2000). Tumor recurred twice in the bladder (in 2001 and 2002) and once in the urethra (in 2004). Patient completed intravesical BCG therapy. Follow-up voided urine submitted for cytologic evaluation and UroVysion FISH.

Topography of the specimen: Voided urine, Pap-staining; liquid based cytology (ThinPrep®) in 2006.

80-year-old man with previous history of left radical nephrectomy (in 2005): high grade UC of the renal pelvis and ureter, invasive. Follow-up voided urine submitted for cytologic evaluation and UroVysion FISH.

68-year-old male presented with space occupying lesion of the left kidney, left renal pelvic washing was submitted together with the renal pelvic biopsy. 53 years old male, diagnosis of urothelial carcinoma of bladder 9 years ago, treated originally by resection. Follow-up of urine cytology, in 2006 cytologic atypia suspicious for urothelial carcinoma, cystoscopy of bladder negative. Cytologic evaluation and FISH of urine from ureters was done

Clinical History
Diagnosis of urothelial carcinoma of bladder in 1994, treated originally by resection. Recurrencies in 1998, 2004 in situ urothelial carcinoma, treated with mitomycin and BCG, respectively. Cystoscopy negative, biopsies negative since 2005. Follow-up of urine cytology.
