Case Report
A female fetus, stillborn at 27 weeks’ gestation, who presented a generalized subcutaneous edema without other malformations.
MACROSCOPIC FINDINGS
In the macroscopic exam we found in the thoracic cavity a pleural effusion and a big growing expansive mediastinal neoplasm that measured 8 cm and weighted 56 g. The cut surface showed fleshy appearance and some cystic areas.
The lungs were small, weighted 10 g but had a correct lobulation.

Clinical summary
Female, 40 y.o. with a breast lump. It was an unilateral, non painful rounded nodule, well delimited and mobile. It had a clinical and radiological fibroadenoma appearance.

Case Report
Multiparous woman, 72 y.o., referring a history of 2 month genital bleeding. Gynecologic examination showed a friable mass of the cervix and uterine cavity. A Pap smear and biopsy samples were taken from both sites.

Case Report
A 64 year old patient who presented with diarrhea, abdominal pain, asthenia, 8-10 kg weight loss and progressive food intolerance that required parenteral nutrition. In addition, he had been treated for unknown-germ pneumonia three weeks earlier. Abdominal CT-scan showed small bowel handles distention without obstruction signs. Stool examination was negative. Gastroscopy showed an absence of Kerkring folds and abnormal villi pattern in the second duodenal portion. Biopsies were taken.

Case Report
74-year-old woman with a previous history of badly controlled asthma that required chronic medication and several hospitalizations. At bronchoscopy, many nodular elevated lesions were seen on all sides of the trachea, giving a "rock garden" appearance.
