Case 3
Presented by: Prof. CJLM Meijer,

Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Patient: Female, 70 years
Presentation: Since 5 months growing nodule on the lower back left.
3 months later nodule medial on the left upper leg. No other complaints. (Appendectomy, TIA, hysterectomy, hypertension.
Medication: Atenolol, Dytenzide, Paroxetide
Localisation: Bilobular, red, strongly infiltrated tumor on the lower back left, Ø 9x6,7cm. Strongly elevated red nodule on the left upper leg, close to the groin, Ø 2x2 cm.
Staging: No palpable lymphnode present. Leuco’s/leucodiff: normal. IgM-kappa paraprotein. CT-scan head/neck, thorax, abdomen: no extra cutaneous localisation. Crista biopsy: no lymphoma localisation.
