Clinical History
The patient is a 22 year old male who presented with a 1 week history of sore throat, lethargy, and fever to 39O C. On physical examination he had an erythematous pharynx, bilateral cervical adenopathy and an enlarged spleen. A cervical lymph node biopsy was performed. Your images are from the cervical lymph node.
