Case 1

Clinical History
A 50-years-old woman was admitted to the nephrology department because of hematuria. In 3 pregnancies the patient had preecclampsia three times. At admission the BP was normal, proteinuria was 1.9 g/24h and the renal clearance 58 ml/min. Ultra sound was normal. A renal biopsy was performed.
