Clinical History Patient, 29-years-old suffered for 3 months from fever, dyspnoe. X-ray revealed bilateral diffuse chest infiltrates. Patient was treated with high doses of corticosteroids and ventilation support without clinical effect. Due to growing pulmonary insufficiency the patient died 4 days after his admittance to the hospital. In autopsy macroscopically - heavy grayish-red lungs, thickening of bronchial walls and pulmonary oedema.
