Clinical History 43-year-old female, 4 years of evolution with haemoptisis and orthopnea. No weight loss, no fever. HIV negative. Previous pulmonary tuberculosis treated. Radiographic findings: Opacity in superior lobe of left lung. Broncoscopy: Obstructive submucous mass in left apical posterior segment. The lesion was excised. Macroscopy: White-yellowish mass, well circumscribed, 2,5cm of diameter.
