Clinical History A 49-year-old woman with neurofibromatosis type I diagnosed in childhood and history of several operations underwent an excision of a recurrent mass in the right sacrogluteal region The surgical specimen, which consisted of skin subcutaneous tissue and muscle, measured 12x10x7 cm and showed an ill-defined subcutaneous tumor measuring 9x6x4 cm, with a glistening, yellowish-gray cut surface
