Clinical History
60 year old female patient with a retroareolar mass who had previous biopsies from the same location in the breast.
In mastectomy specimen the tumor is 4x3x3 cm. and it is white in color, hard in consistency and has infiltrative borders.
The tumor is located beneath the skin of the retracted nipple.

Low grade adenosquamous carcinoma metastatic to axillary lymph nodes (with transformation into squamous (sarcomatoid) carcinoma in the chest wall reccurrence) |
