Clinical History
A 71-year-old female presented with blistering eruption over back, upper and lower limbs associated with oral ulceration for 1 month. Examination revealed erythematous, annular lesions with blisters over back, thigh, arms and face. There was also erythematous ulcerations on the palatine and buccal mucosa.
