Clinical History
8 weeks old boy admitted to the hospital with progressive skin lesions, failure to thrive, diffuse erythema ( erythrodema) wth scalling, and bullae on hands and feet weight loss and diarrhea , no medication, no blood transfusion, no infection. Parents: no consanguinity, family history was unremarkable.
  
  DIAGNOSIS BASED ON CLINICOPATHOLOGICAL CORRELATION: IMMUNE-DEFICIENCY (OMENNS SYNDROME)
