Clinical History A 48-year-old man presented with a two month history of painless nodule of the left parotid gland. No other accompanying symptoms were noted. A left superficial parotidectomy was performed. Macroscopically, the tumor was well-circumscribed , measuring 1,2cm in diameter. Cut surface was white-yellow without evidence of hemorrhagic and necrotic areas.
