Case 2  
Case 2
43 yo female. 4 years ago treated for mediastinal tuberculosis. Several small lesions detected in the liver and spleen. A couple of enlarged para-aortic lymph nodes. Highly suspicious for tuberculosis. Liver biopsy.
  
  Inflammation, non-necrotizing granulomatous Sarcoidosis? 
  Note: Asteroid bodies
