Case 4  
Case 4
65 yo female. Tumor in the urinary bladder. Recent biopsies diagnosed as urothelial neoplasm, low malignant potential (LMP). Transurethral resection specimen.
  
  Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (centroblastic) 
  Note: Tumor cells are CD20 +, CD3 -, CD10+, bcl6+. There are reactive changes in the urothelium. Previous biopsies only contained urothelium, therefore the diagnosis of LMP.
