65 v. nainen. Virtsarakossa epätyypillinen tuumori, jonka biopsianäytteistä hiljattain vastattu LMP (low malignant potential urothelial neoplasm). Nyt höylätty tuumorista lastuja näytteeksi.
  
  Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (centroblastic) 
  Note: Tumor cells are CD20 +, CD3 -, CD10+, bcl6+. There are reactive changes in the urothelium. Previous biopsies only contained urothelium, therefore the diagnosis of LMP.
