46 N, vasemmassa rinnassa retromamill-aarinen niukka-kaikuinen tuumori, josta ONB
  
  Adenoma tubulare 
  Näyte oli alunperin vastattu malignisuspektina. Erotusdiagnoosi on sytologisesti vaikea, mutta irrallisia sytoplasmallisia tuma-sytoplasma-suhteeltaan häiriintyneitä soluja ei tubulaarisessa adenoomassa ole.
