62 F. History of oesophageal carcinoma, no evidence of recurrence. Suspicious nodule in the right breast. Enlarged lymph node in right axilla with no evidence of malignancy in FNAB.

Core biopsy froom the breast nodule.
  
  Tubular carcinoma (right breast, same patient as case 5).
