78 F. Fast proceeding dementia. No supporting clinical findings for CJD. Clinical conclusion: AD. Brain macroscopy: frontotemporal and entorrhinal cortical atrophy, small hippocampi. AD? Sample: hippocampus.
  
  Frontotemporal dementia with ubiquitin+ inclusions (FTLD-U)
Cerebral amyloid angiopathy (moderate)
Alterationes typi Alzheimer levis
(Diagnosis based on ubiquitin+ and p62+ intracellular inclusion in hippocampal gyrus dentatus granular cell, ubiquitin+ neocortical neurites, and tau and Aß IHC)
