Case 1
44 M. Hodgkin's lymphoma, lymphocyte rich subtype since -07. Treated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Now anemic. (Hb 53). No signs of iron deficiency or bleeding. BM aspirate was not successful. Core biopsy.

74 M. Coronary disease and atrial fibrillation. Anemia and thrombocytopenia. Core biopsy.

88 M. Anemia and thrombocytopenia. Suspicion of hematological malignancy. Core biopsy.

59 F. Polycytemia vera 10 years, secondary AML last year. In remission. Follow up core biopsy, aspirate was not successful. Still in remission?

75 M. DM and hypertonia. Tired, coughing, loss of appetite. Now leukocytosis 49.5 and thrombopenia 80. Spleen 14 cm. (48XY, BCR-ABLneg, JAK2neg). Core biopsy.
