58 F. In skin a cactus spike for 8 years ago, removed 2 years later. Now again pain, and a tumor.

37 G4P2. The first ultrasound was suspicious of mole. HCG 195000. Macroscopically quite usual gravidity material, 80 g, was found. Immunostaining with p57 - antibody as a preparate.
