62 F. Signet ring cell carcinoma in the terminal ileum, probably metastatic. Breast cancer 10 years previously. Gastroscopy showed no abnormalities in the stomach. Biopsies from the duodenum, antrum, and corpus.
Case 3
42 F. HIV-positive. Core biopsy from a 7 mm structural abnormality in the breast having shown proliferating epithelial cells in the fine-needle aspiration specimen.
Case 4
62 F. History of oesophageal carcinoma, no evidence of recurrence. Suspicious nodule in the right breast. Enlarged lymph node in right axilla with no evidence of malignancy in FNAB.
