47 M. Severe neck pain, fever, destructive changes in the cerevical spine at C 5-6 level. Surgical specimen from softened vertebral and discus tissue.

47M. NF1 patient, over 10kg weight loss during the last 6 months. An occipital round discrete tumour found on MRI. Resected in toto.
